We’re looking for a motivated Asset Finance Broker to join our growing RLA Finance team. If you’re passionate about helping clients secure the right lending solutions and thrive in a dynamic, high-performing environment, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role:

• Originate and write equipment finance deals across SME and corporate clients

• Tap into a warm database of clients and cross-referrals to build a pipeline quickly

• Leverage existing partnerships in equipment finance while expanding through your own networks

• Structure and deliver tailored solutions for SMEs, business owners, and corporates

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have

• 5+ years’ experience in Equipment or Asset Finance (brokerage or banking)

• Strong origination skills and proven ability to structure and close deals

• Established SME / commercial client and referrer networks

• Entrepreneurial drive, resilience, and a passion for growth

• Relevant industry accreditations
