About the role
We currently have an opportunity for a full-time Administration Support Officer to join the dynamic team in our Townsville office. In this pivotal in-office based role, you will provide crucial administrative and customer service support to our highly skilled team of finance brokers, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

Assist finance brokers with client enquiries, supporting documentation and loan settlement tasks

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files
-
Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner

Support the broader finance team with administrative tasks and special projects as required
About you
Along with a strong work ethic and previous experience in an administration or clerical role at a minimum, you'll have/be:

Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident
-
Previous administration experience preferred but not essential
-
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
-
Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
-
A current Police Check - or complete one pre-start date
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new financial software systems quickly

A team player with a positive and collaborative attitude

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have

5+ years’ experience in Equipment or Asset Finance (brokerage or banking)

Strong origination skills and proven ability to structure and close deals

Established SME / commercial client and referrer networks

Entrepreneurial drive, resilience, and a passion for growth

Relevant industry accreditations
