About this role

We currently seeking a full-time entry level Administration Assistant to join the dynamic team in our Townsville office. In this pivotal in-office position involves crucial administrative and customer service support to our highly skilled team of finance brokers, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients.

Your responsibilities will include

• Assisting finance brokers with client enquiries, supporting documentation and loan settlement tasks

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files

• Providing exceptional customer service and responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner

• Support the broader finance team with administrative tasks and special projects as required

The Role:

• Originate and write equipment finance deals across SME and corporate clients

• Tap into a warm database of clients and cross-referrals to build a pipeline quickly

• Leverage existing partnerships in equipment finance while expanding through your own networks

• Structure and deliver tailored solutions for SMEs, business owners, and corporates

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have

• 5+ years’ experience in Equipment or Asset Finance (brokerage or banking)

• Strong origination skills and proven ability to structure and close deals

• Established SME / commercial client and referrer networks

• Entrepreneurial drive, resilience, and a passion for growth

• Relevant industry accreditations
