Mike Steel has more than 30 years experience in the banking and finance industry. He has educated himself to assist businesses to acquire assets and grow their business. Whilst Mike has in-depth knowledge of general business, his skills in transport, earthmoving and rural business will set him apart from the rest.

Daniel joined RLA Finance in 2015 and has brought a wealth of experience after working in the finance and insurance industries for the past 12 years. In this time he has worked as a finance manager in the automotive industry and has been the North Qld & Northern Territory Manager within Insurance Australia Group. Mick Herron joined the RLA team in July 2007 with a wealth of previous experience with Esanda Finance and Custom Credit Corporation and is an old Ignatius Park College graduate. He has a portfolio of clients ranging from sole traders to public companies offering finance brokering services and finance solutions for acquisition of capital plant and equipment.

Since completing his university studies in Commerce and Economics in 1993, Steve has gained extensive banking and lending experience in the finance and banking industry. In 2004, Steve joined the RLA team to develop the RLA Property Finance department, which now enables all aspects of our clients' financial needs to be handled by our professional staff. With many years of experience in all areas of equipment and property finance, Steve understands how the banks operate and structure loans to best suit your clients' needs.

Steve Braddick has joined the team at RLA Finance following a 30-year career with ANZ. His focus as a Relationship Broker is within the Business, Commercial, Property and Agri Finance Markets. Born and bred in Townsville, with time in the Burdekin and Far North districts, Steve has a Bachelor of Commerce (JCU) and is actively involved with the Townsville Picnic Bay Surf Life Saving Club.

Brett Sievers is a true North Queenslander and has over 30 years' experience in the finance industry. Brett was born and raised in the Burdekin and he has spent his entire working life assisting clients with their finance requirements in the North Queensland Region. His focus is working with Business and Rural borrowing clients. Brett has a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.
